Dream Girl User Agreement

Welcome to Dream Girl ("Application"). This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access and use of the Application. By using the Application, you agree to the terms outlined here. If you disagree with these terms, please discontinue use of the Application immediately.

 1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Dream Girl, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. This Agreement applies to all users, including "Visitors" who browse without registering and "Users" who create an account.

 4. AI Interactions and Limitations

1. AI-Generated Content

   - The AI simulates conversations, but its outputs may sometimes be unpredictable or incorrect. Users should use discretion and not rely solely on the AI for information.

2. Content Moderation

   - We make reasonable efforts to monitor and moderate AI-generated and user-submitted content but cannot guarantee the removal of all inappropriate content. We encourage users to report such content.

 5. In-App Purchases and Payments

1. Purchasing Terms

   - In-app purchases include virtual items and premium features. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the stated price, including applicable taxes.

2. Refund Policy

   - All sales are final, and in-app purchases are non-refundable except as required by law.

 6. Intellectual Property

   - The Application is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties regarding the Application’s functionality or availability.

2. Limitation of Liability

   - To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Girl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Application.

 9. Termination

1. Termination by You

2. Termination by Us

   - We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Application at any time, for any reason, without notice, including breaches of this Agreement or harmful behavior.
